If for any reason it’s not the perfect fit, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• All original packaging must be included
  
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces
  
• Engagement rings
  
• Loose diamonds
  
• Items that show signs of wear, resizing, or alteration
  

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days for eligible items, subject to availability. Price differences may apply.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@jouecollection.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.

Shipping & Fees

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  
• We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Repairs & Resizing

While we do not offer a lifetime warranty, we proudly offer repairs and resizing services on eligible pieces. Please contact us for a quote or consultation.
